AI Tech Wonders LLC
The AI pitches are getting good. Somebody should be on your side of the table.
I help small businesses figure out which AI is worth the money and which is noise. Usually it's mostly noise — and knowing which part isn't will save you more than any tool will.
Book a call →20 minutes, free, no pitch. If a Reality Check isn't right for your business, I'll tell you.
You're getting pitched constantly. Software vendors, your IT provider, a guy on LinkedIn with a course, ads that seem to know exactly what your business does.
Some of it is real. Most of it isn't. And there's nobody in the conversation whose job is to tell you which is which, because everyone in the conversation is selling something.
That's the actual problem. Not that AI is confusing — that you have no neutral read on it.
I'm not an AI engineer. That's kind of the point.
For twenty-two years I sat in rooms and on Zooms where vendors pitched complicated technology to nervous business owners — at Verizon Business, then at Optiv, both in cybersecurity.
I wasn't the salesperson. I was the person whose job was to translate the pitch into what it would actually do for you, and to say so out loud when the answer was "not much."
I've watched this exact movie before, in a different industry, with different acronyms. The pitches have changed. The playbook hasn't.
Now I do the same job for small businesses buying AI.
The Reality Check
$1,000 · two weeks
I spend time inside how your business actually runs, then hand you four things:
The Ignore List
Everything being pitched to a business like yours that you should skip, and why. This is the part nobody else will give you.
The Short List
Two or three things actually worth doing, ranked, with real costs, real time savings, and what could go wrong.
A working prototype
Not a slide about the top item. The thing itself, rough and running, so you can see it instead of imagining it.
The DIY path
What you can do yourself without hiring anybody, including me.
If the report isn't worth what you paid, you don't pay.
Founding-client rate for the first three businesses, in exchange for permission to write up what we did together. After that it's $2,500.
Start with a conversation
Twenty minutes on the phone. You tell me what you're being pitched and what's frustrating you. I'll tell you straight whether this is worth your money — including if the answer is no.

What I won't do
I won't tell you AI is going to transform your business. For most small businesses it won't — it'll quietly save a few hours a week in two or three specific places, which is worth real money and is nothing like what you're being sold.
I won't recommend something I can't explain in plain language.
And I won't build you something you don't need. The most common outcome of a Reality Check is that I talk you out of most of what you were considering.
Not sure yet?
Read the newsletter. Every week I take one AI claim somebody's pushing and check whether it's real. Free, midweek, and it'll tell you fast whether you'd want me in the room.
